We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service possible. We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience.

 

 




Return Policy and Conditions

We offer a 30-day exchange/credit for returned products that qualify. After 30 days, only the manufacturer's warranty applies and no returns will be accepted.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact. All components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables & accessories must be included. GQTronics inspects all returns and reserves the right to return the merchandise back to the customer if the item does not meet the criteria. 

   Shipping Requirements

 

  • Product must be complete and in manufacturer's original packaging, with no visible damage (e.g. rips, tears, compressions, holes or dents).
  • All seals and packaging tape of manufacturers' packaging must be unbroken.
  • There must be no markings or writing on manufacturer's packaging.
  • There must be no stickers, other than the shipping label, on manufacturer's packaging.
  • If a carton is shrink-wrapped, a shipping label must be on the shrink-wrap and the top of the carton.
    Merchandise must be secured with proper packaging to prevent any damage in transit
  • All product, including the manufacturer carton(s), should be packed into an additional shipping carton to help prevent damage while in transit.
  • The RMA number must appear on the shipping label only, not on or inside the carton. Any carton received without an RMA number on the shipping label will be returned to the customer. 
    We must receive your Returned Item(s) within 10 calendar days after an RMA # has been given to you after return has been authorized.

If a request for a return of an item within the 30-day period for purchase are for reasons other than the wrong product was shipped (product ordered is not the product you received) or faulty product, you will be charged a $30 restocking fee or up to 20% of the purchase price, whichever is greater.



Requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. 

Logon to your account, then goto "My Account". In your Account Profile, click on Return Merchandise (Return Merchandise Authorization). Once you are on the Return Merchandise Authorization page, click on "New RMA" and fill out the RMA request form.

 

Immediately after submitting your request online, you will be given a RMA SERVICE Reference #. This number is for us to identify the current RMA request, IT IS NOT THE RMA# for your return.

 

Once we receive your request, it will be investigated and if authorized, you will be given an RMA # for your request and instructions on returning your item. Processing RMAs usually takes 3-5 business days and depending on the product and circumstances of return, it may take a couple more business days.
