Ordering
How long does it take for my order to process?
Most orders that have the same shipping and billing address process within 24 hours.
Orders that have different billing and shipping addresses may take as long as 24-48 Hours to clear our verifications department before being shipped.
What if an Item is backordered or OUT OF STOCK?
If an item is becomes out of stock suring the processing of your order, you will be immediately contacted. Order will be on hold until item becomes available and will be shipped immediately.
If an item is found to be out-of-stock in order consisting of many different items, then the item will be automatically removed from that order. In order to provide you the qucikest order turn around, we will not hold up your order because an item was backordered. The item that was backordered will be shipped to you once in stock.
How do I cancel an order?
All orders that have not shipped may be cancelled by either contacting customer support by email at Sales@GQTronics.com All orders that have shipped or are listed as ready for pick up cannot be cancelled. You will have to log into your account and request a Return Merchandise Authoriztion number (RMA #) subject to our return policy guidelines.
What Payment options do you accept?
CREDIT CARDS: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PAYPAL: We accept PAYPAL if you are a paypal member. To use your paypal account, during checkout select checkout with PAYPAL EXPRESS.
WIRE TRANSFERS: We also accept Wire Transfers. For wire transfer payment information please contact Sales@GQTronics.com.
Shipping
Is there a cut off time for same day shipping?
Yes. Shipping cut off is 2:00PM Eastern Time. Your order will be shipped provided that verfication has been successfull before 2PM. All orders placed after 2:00pm will be shipped the following day after successful verfication of order.
What happens if my package is lost?
Please notify customer support via email at Support@GQtronics.com We will make all the necessary arrangements with the carrier and send out another product to you as soon as your package is confirmed lost. Please note time is of the essence. We cannot be held responsible for lost shipments not reported to customer support after 30 Days of shipment date.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally depending on the product since some items are not qualified to be exported outside the US. If you wish to place an order and have your item(s) shipped outside the United States, please contact us FIRST so we can determine whether the particular item in question is qualified for international shipping.
